Renting a mobility scooter is simple! Visit our website, select your desired rental period, choose your scooter model, and complete the booking form. You can also call us to reserve your scooter.

2. What types of mobility scooters do you offer for rent?

We offer a variety of scooters, including lightweight, portable models for easy transport and heavy-duty scooters for longer use and added comfort.

3. Is there an age requirement to rent a mobility scooter?

Yes, renters must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid ID to complete the rental process.

Pricing and Payments

1. How much does it cost to rent a mobility scooter?

Rental costs depend on the model and rental duration. Our daily rentals start at $65 (minimum two day rental period) with discounts for 3+ day, weekly, or monthly rentals. Please check our pricing page for detailed rates.

2. Do you require a deposit to rent a scooter?

No, we do not require a security deposit. Simply return the scooter in good condition, and you’re all set!

Please review our rental agreement to ensure you’re familiar with our policies.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment must be completed at the time of booking.

Rental Terms and Policies

1. How long can I rent a mobility scooter for?

You can rent a scooter for as short as two days or as long as a month, depending on your needs. If you need longer term rentals, please contact us for custom arrangements.

2. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours of the rental date, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Can I extend my rental period after I've already booked?

Yes, you can extend your rental if the scooter is still available. Please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

Delivery and Pickup

1. Do you deliver and pick up mobility scooters?

Yes, we offer delivery and pick up services for an additional fee. You can select this option during the booking process.

2. Are there additional fees for delivery and pickup?

Yes, delivery and pick-up fees are based on your location. Fees will be clearly listed during the booking process or quoted if you call us directly.

3. What areas do you serve for deliveries?

We deliver to Torrance, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Long Beach, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Anaheim, and San Diego. If you’re outside these areas, please contact us to discuss options.

Usage and Maintenance

1. Are the scooters fully charged when I rent them?

Yes, all scooters are fully charged and thoroughly inspected before each rental to ensure they are ready for use.

2. What happens if the scooter breaks down during my rental period?

If your scooter breaks down, contact us immediately. We will provide assistance, which may include a replacement scooter or on-site repair, depending on your location and the issue.

3. Can I use the scooter on uneven terrain or at the beach?

Most of our scooters are designed for use on paved surfaces and light uneven terrain. However, they are not suitable for sand or extremely rugged areas. Please check with us for specific models if you need off-road capabilities.
