Rental Agreement

Apollo Mobility Scooters Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Apollo Mobility Rentals (“Company”) and the undersigned individual (“Renter”). By signing this Agreement or completing a rental transaction, the Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins on the delivery or pickup date and time and ends when the scooter is returned to the Company in its original condition.

2. Rental Fees

  • Rental fees are due in full at the time of booking. Additional charges, including but not limited to late fees, damages, or lost equipment, will be billed to the credit card on file.

3. Delivery and Pickup

  • The Company will deliver the scooter to the agreed location and retrieve it at the end of the rental period.
  • Renter is responsible for ensuring the scooter is returned to the agreed-upon location for pickup.

4. Condition of Equipment

  • The scooter is provided in good working condition. The Renter agrees to inspect the scooter upon delivery and notify the Company of any existing damage or mechanical issues before use.
  • The Renter is responsible for maintaining the scooter in the condition it was delivered.

5. Renter Responsibilities


The Renter agrees to:

  • Use the scooter in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all local laws and regulations.
  • Not allow anyone other than themselves or approved users to operate the scooter.
  • Avoid misuse, overloading, or engaging in activities that may damage the scooter.

6. Liability Waiver

  • The Renter acknowledges that the use of mobility scooters involves inherent risks. By signing this Agreement, the Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment and agrees to release Apollo Mobility Rentals from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising out of the use or operation of the scooter, except in cases of Company negligence.

7. Damage, Loss, and Theft

  • The Renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the scooter during the rental period.
  • In the event of major damage, loss, or theft, the Renter agrees to pay the full replacement value of the scooter, which is $2,000.
  • Minor damages, such as scratches or dents, will incur repair charges as determined by the Company.

8. Unreturned Equipment

  • If the scooter is not returned at the end of the rental period, the Renter will be charged the daily rental rate until the scooter is returned or the replacement value of the scooter, whichever is less.

9. Payment and Deposit

  • A valid credit card is required for all rentals. The Renter authorizes Apollo Mobility Rentals to charge their credit card for the following:Rental fees
  • Late return charges
  • Damages, loss, or theft
  • Cleaning fees for excessive dirt or debris left on the scooter

10. Indemnification

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Apollo Mobility Rentals from any claims, actions, or damages, including legal fees, arising from the Renter’s use of the scooter.

11. Termination of Agreement

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and recover the scooter at any time if the Renter violates its terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By signing this Agreement, the Renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions herein.

Delivery and Pickup

Hotel Rentals

  • Scooter Delivery: We’ll deliver your mobility scooter directly to your hotel by the start of your rental period.
  • Checking In Later? No problem! If you’re not there yet, we’ll leave the scooter safely with the front desk, concierge, or bell services under your name for easy pickup upon arrival.
  • Returning Your Scooter: When your stay ends, simply drop it off with the hotel staff, and we’ll take care of everything.

Residental and Airbnb Rentals

  • Delivery Area: We deliver scooters to residential addresses and Airbnb locations throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
    • Not Sure About Your Address? Provide your delivery location during booking, and we’ll confirm if it’s within our service area.
    • Returning Your Scooter: When your rental period ends, we’ll coordinate with you to arrange a convenient pickup time.
    • Need Assistance? Have questions? Call us at (877) 887-2668, and we’ll gladly help with any delivery or pickup concerns. Our goal is to provide a seamless and reliable mobility scooter rental experience.
